Terms of Service

The service

The Coach provides AI-assisted educational and career-coaching support, including explanations, practice, feedback, and troubleshooting based on approved Immigrant Ninja materials. Features may change as the service develops.

Eligibility and approved access

Access is limited to eligible Immigrant Ninja coaching members. Creating or authenticating an account does not guarantee access. New accounts remain pending until an administrator approves them, and access may later be blocked, suspended, or revoked.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure and for activity performed through your Coach account. Do not share your account, sign-in links, or sessions with another person. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Acceptable use

Use the Coach only for your own legitimate participation in Immigrant Ninja coaching. You must not:

• share accounts, evade usage or access limits, automate abusive traffic, or disrupt the service;
• submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing material;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member's information or administrative functions;
• try to reveal, extract, reproduce, or bypass hidden prompts, private course content, security controls, or other internal service information; or
• use the Coach or its content to build a competing dataset, product, or service without permission.

AI and coaching limitations

AI responses can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation. The Coach may help you prepare work, but it cannot grant approvals that belong to a human coach, employer, government authority, regulated professional, or other person.

The Coach provides educational and coaching support, not legal, immigration, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for checking important information, deciding what to submit or communicate, and making your own employment and job-search decisions. Do not invent facts or results, and do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for coaching.

No guarantee of results

Immigrant Ninja does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, earnings, immigration outcomes, or any other particular result. Results depend on factors outside the Coach's control, including your actions, experience, employers, and market conditions.

Usage limits and availability

The service applies request, rate, and concurrency limits to protect members and control abuse. Access may be slowed, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, safety controls, or other operational needs. We may change reasonable usage limits or features as the service evolves.

Conversations and administrator review

Coach conversations are saved so you can reopen them. Authorized active Immigrant Ninja administrators may review completed conversations for support, safety, and coaching quality, and review activity is restricted and audited. You can permanently delete an available saved conversation from Threads; its messages and associated review information are deleted with it. Account, membership, usage, security, and administration records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

Immigrant Ninja content and intellectual property

Immigrant Ninja owns or is authorized to use the Coach, course materials, coaching processes, prompts, branding, and other service content. Approved access lets you use this material personally for your coaching participation. It does not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, publish, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from it.

You keep ownership of original information you submit. You give Immigrant Ninja permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, administer, and improve the service as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers

The service depends on providers such as Google for optional sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and OpenAI for AI generation and approved-material retrieval. Their systems may have separate terms and privacy practices, and their availability can affect the Coach.

Suspension and termination

Immigrant Ninja may block, suspend, or revoke access when membership ends, these Terms are violated, use threatens the service or other people, or access is no longer appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time. Terms that reasonably need to continue—such as ownership, responsibility, and limitations—remain applicable after access ends.

Service responsibility

The Coach is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Immigrant Ninja is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI output, service interruption, or use of the Coach. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and change the effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required before the change applies.
